    • The Specialist

    The Specialist is actually a Generalist, but with an agenda. Specialists sign up for particular Categories by submitting Interests, allowing them to focus their Guiding on particular areas of knowledge. Working from a well formed question that the Expeditor delivers, the Specialist blazes a fast trail on the Web to an accurate answer from an authoritative source.

    Specialist Duties

    • Determining the intent of customer questions
    • Finding answers to customer questions using the Internet and special Guide Tools
    • Forming and/or editing answers into a text message to the customer
    • Adding magic to the answer in the form of related info and greetings
    • Answering questions outside of specializations, depending on your Categories and question volume

    Specialist Skills

    • Specific knowledge in chosen subject areas
    • Exceptional Internet search skills
    • Strong reasoning ability and sound judgment
    • Good grammar and spelling
    • Fast typing
    • Good general knowledge

    Specialist Compensation

    Specialist earnings are influenced by the categories of questions you choose to answer and a quality review of your answers.
